Software Engineer - Location: Accra, GH - Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain mobile and web applications; collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, or JavaScript; experience with mobile app development.

Operations Manager - Location: Accra, GH - Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations; manage driver recruitment and training; ensure high service quality and operational efficiency. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; strong leadership and organizational skills; experience in operations management.

Customer Support Specialist - Location: Accra, GH - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support to riders and drivers via phone, email, and chat; resolve issues promptly and efficiently; gather feedback to improve services. - Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer service experience preferred.
